Because Script Nation sells digital products (scripts, templates, plugins, licenses, downloads), “returns” work differently from physical goods. This policy explains when a refund may be granted.


1) Digital Products: No Traditional Returns

Once a digital product is delivered (downloaded, sent, or access granted), it cannot be “returned” in the normal sense. For this reason, refunds are limited and reviewed case-by-case.


2) Refunds We Can Approve

A refund may be approved if one of these applies:

A. Product Not Delivered

  • You paid but did not receive the product/access within the stated delivery timeframe.

B. Product Is Significantly Not as Described

  • The product delivered is materially different from what the listing promised (missing core features, wrong item, misleading claims).

C. Product Is Broken and Cannot Be Fixed

  • The product does not function as described, and the Seller is unable (or refuses) to provide a fix or a working version within a reasonable time.

D. Duplicate Payment

  • You were charged twice for the same order.


3) Refunds We Usually Don’t Approve

Refunds are generally not granted for:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Lack of technical knowledge to install/use the product

  • Your server/device doesn’t meet requirements stated in the listing

  • You purchased by mistake or no longer need it

  • Compatibility issues clearly stated before purchase

  • Requests made after you have downloaded/received/accessed the files (except valid cases in Section 2)

  • Customizations you requested after delivery (those are a separate service)


4) Time Limit to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted within [3 / 7 / 14] days of purchase (choose one).
After this period, disputes may not be accepted.


5) How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, with:

  • Order ID / receipt

  • Reason for request

  • Evidence (screenshots, error logs, video proof if needed)

  • Steps you tried (so we can verify the issue)


6) Dispute Resolution Process

  1. Contact the Seller first via platform messaging to resolve quickly.

  2. If unresolved, Script Nation may review the case and request evidence from both parties.

  3. A final decision will be made based on the listing, delivery proof, and evidence provided.


7) Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback without contacting support first, your account may be limited or suspended while we investigate. Repeated chargebacks may result in a permanent ban.


8) Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if:

  • Part of the product was delivered as promised but key elements were missing, or

  • A fix is provided but the experience was materially affected.
