1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Script Nation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2) Definitions

Buyer: a user who purchases a digital product.
Seller: a user who lists and sells a digital product.
Digital Product: scripts, templates, plugins, licenses, files, downloads, or any digital deliverable.
Order: a purchase transaction completed on the Platform.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country) to use Script Nation. By using the Platform, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4) Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious activity or policy violations.

5) Marketplace Role (Important)

Script Nation is a marketplace that connects Buyers and Sellers. Unless explicitly stated, we are not the creator of third-party products listed by Sellers and do not guarantee that every listing will meet your needs.

6) Product Listings & Seller Responsibilities

Sellers agree to:

List only products they own or have legal rights to sell/distribute.
Provide accurate descriptions, screenshots, compatibility info, requirements, and what’s included.
Deliver exactly what was advertised within the stated delivery time (if manual delivery applies).
Provide reasonable support only if promised in the listing.

We may remove listings that are misleading, illegal, unsafe, or violate intellectual property.

7) Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers agree to:

Read product details carefully before purchase.
Provide required information (e.g., domain, username, requirements) promptly when needed for delivery.
Use purchased products only according to the license/terms in the listing.

8) Pricing, Fees & Payments

Prices are shown on the product page and may include platform fees where applicable.
Script Nation may charge Sellers a commission/service fee per sale.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers; their terms may also apply.

9) Delivery of Digital Products

Some products may be instant download; others may be manual delivery via messaging/email.
Delivery timeframes are defined in each listing.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring they can receive downloads and access emails/messages.

10) Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Because digital products are delivered instantly or can be copied, refunds are limited.

Refunds may be considered if:

The product was not delivered.
The product is materially different from the description.
The product is broken and the Seller cannot provide a fix within a reasonable time.

Refunds are generally not granted if:

You changed your mind after delivery.
You lack the skills/environment to use it (unless misrepresented).
Compatibility issues were clearly stated and ignored.
You request a refund after accessing/using/downloading delivered files (except valid cases above).

Script Nation may request evidence (screenshots/logs) to review disputes.

11) Licenses & Intellectual Property

All trademarks and brand assets on Script Nation belong to their respective owners.
Sellers keep ownership of their products but grant Buyers the license stated on the listing.
Buyers may not resell, redistribute, leak, or publish purchased files unless the license explicitly allows it.

12) Prohibited Content & Activities

You may not list or use Script Nation for:

Stolen/copyrighted content, nulled software, cracks, keygens, pirated licenses
Malware, spyware, phishing kits, hacking tools, fraud scripts
Content that violates laws, privacy rights, or third-party terms
Any attempt to bypass payments, fees, or platform security

We may report illegal activity where required.

13) Reviews & Feedback

Reviews must be honest and based on real transactions.
Fake, misleading, or abusive reviews may be removed.
Sellers may not offer rewards for positive reviews.

14) Disputes Between Buyers & Sellers

We encourage Buyers and Sellers to resolve issues via platform messaging first. If unresolved, Script Nation may mediate and make a final decision based on evidence and listing terms.

15) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in fraud or abuse
Repeatedly receive complaints or chargebacks
List prohibited items

16) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

Script Nation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

17) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Script Nation harmless from claims arising from your listings, purchases, misuse of products, or violation of these Terms.

18) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Script Nation after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

19) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States, and disputes will be handled in the courts of USA.
